Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how the VOYA Audience Request Platform ("the Platform"), operated by Avolta AG and its VOYA Advertising unit, handles information submitted through this tool. The Platform is an internal commercial tool intended for use by authorised Avolta employees, sales teams, category managers and invited brand partners.

2. What data we collect

When you submit an audience request through the Platform, we collect:

• Your name, company name, and email address
• Audience parameters you select (geography, category, brand, funnel stage)
• Campaign details you provide (budget, timeframe, KPIs, notes)
• Date and time of submission

We do not collect payment data, sensitive personal data, or any information beyond what you voluntarily submit in the request form.

3. How we use your data

Information submitted through the Platform is used solely to:

• Review and process your audience request
• Contact you regarding the status of your request
• Maintain an internal record of audience requests for operational purposes

We do not use submitted data for marketing purposes, share it with third parties outside of Avolta, or use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Authentication & access

The Platform uses server-side PHP sessions for authentication. Sessions are stored in server memory and expire when you close your browser or sign out. No persistent login cookies are stored on your device beyond your explicit session.

5. Cookies

The Platform uses the following cookies:

• Session cookie (PHPSESSID): Strictly necessary for authentication. Set when you log in, deleted when you log out or close your browser. No tracking purpose.
• Cookie preference (cookie_choice): Stored in localStorage (not a cookie) to remember your banner preference. Contains only "accepted" or "declined" and no personal data.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking on this Platform.

6. Data retention

Audience request data submitted via the form is delivered to the responsible VOYA team by email and retained in accordance with Avolta's standard internal data retention policies. If you wish to request deletion of a previously submitted request, contact juri.nowka@avolta.net.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact juri.nowka@avolta.net. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

The Platform is hosted on Avolta's internal infrastructure and access is protected by authentication. All form submissions are transmitted over the internal network. We recommend accessing this Platform only from authorised corporate devices.
